Part of my job is replying to first- and second-level support tickets in German and English. I also reply to and moderate inquiries and discussions on social media channels (X, Mastodon and Reddit). Additionally, I respond to reviews on Google Play. As senior supporter, I am responsible for the timely processing of incoming inquiries by the support team.

I support students and employees of the University of Zurich (UZH) regarding the services provided by the Central Informatics of the UZH via email/tickets, telephone and personally at the walk-in service desk. Additionally, certain administrative tasks are part of my job, such as key management and providing access to certain rooms and work spaces. As senior IT supporter I also support less experienced or new coworkers of the UZH Service Desk.
