- Provide oversight and guidance on the day-to-day operations of Advocacy Training & Education Hub in Dzaleka Refugee Camp.- Review and approve operational plans, budgets, and reports submitted by Project Manager & Site Coordinator.- Monitor progress towards short-term goals and strategic objectives, making adjustments as necessary.-Act as a liaison between staff members and the co-founders or executive directors, communicating any issues or concerns.- Make recommendations for improvements in program delivery, resource allocation, and organizational efficiency.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and relevant regulations.

- All aspects of facilities management such as the timely opening and closingof facilities for student use (Monday - Saturday), cleaning and maintenance.-Ensured a constant supply of utilities (electricity, water, internet), managing thedaytime and night-time security of the learning center-Assisted in other duties as assigned by the Site Coordinator-Determined resource usage and policies, distributing resources to studentsand staff

-Participating in a three-month internship focused on conducting quantitative and qualitative research examining the experience of college-going refugees in Rwanda, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, and Lebanon. -Working virtually as a team with fellow interns from across the globe to create culturally appropriate interview protocols and surveys -Assisting in conducting interviews, collating data and presenting findings

-Managing and monitoring the use of JWL resources-Managing the JWL Center and allocating rooms to various activities-Keeping data and updating Excel inventory -Managing petty cash
