▪ Force continuous improvements in the area of demand planning together with the Business ▪ Monitor current month order pattern and check against plan (plan vs. order)▪ Initiate corrective actions in agreement with the Business Lines▪ Monitor stock and service level for assigned product groups▪ Coordinate MRP and RCCP, resolve as many conflicts as possible in advance of S&OP meeting ▪ Facilitate S&OP meeting and record decisions▪ Follow-up decisions made in S&OP meeting and ensure correct actions are met▪ Ensure an on-going optimization of inventory levels in balance with required service levels ▪ Manage material availability, shortages and overstocks and gives clear directions to Order Fullfiller and Masterplanner ▪ Monitor inventory development and create alerts against targets if anomalies are observed ▪ Elaborate inventory issues mitigation proposals based on alerts and communicate to Business Lines, Supply Chain Management and Production▪ Participate/lead supply chain projects

▪ managing of finished goods inventory to optimize cost▪ review and challenge the forecast in GMIS and SAP▪ rebalance inventories between satellites▪ manage the phase-in and phase-out of new or obsolete products respectively ▪ replenish the Hub and/or the satellite warehouses in a timely manner▪ manage the planning for customer- or region-specific requirements and handle the allocation of shortage items in collaboration with the GDSMS/Sales Directors ▪ maintain the planning data in SAP▪ planning in a timely manner to reach OTIF-goals

▪ dealing with customer inquiries and orders (Benelux)▪ check product availability▪ coordinate shipping documentation and liaise with distributor supply chain personnel to ensure timely delivery▪ ensure high Customer Service Level by managing customer requirements / handling of customer complaints /▪ internal and external correspondence in German, English, French and Dutch▪ customer invoicing▪ responsible for customs clearance▪ responsible for compliance with application rules and regulations (sox compliance)
