CurrentResponsible for promoting and driving market share and sales objectives of promoted products in DEC's, family care clinics, LTC and pharmacy while putting patients first and delivering stellar customer experiences.Responsibilities:*Identify opportunities, expand access to our solutions through the prescription and recommendation of our Accu-Chek portfolio, leading to market share growth in target patient segments for our BGM business. * Make an impact and exceed objectives by calling on national, regional, local pharmacies. Identify key DEC's that will influence adoption and uptake of the product and IPDM solutions portfolio.* Manage overall business planning for Eastern Ontario: budget, call frequency, priority management, CRM system (Salesforce)* Leverage Roche DC marketing and sales strategies for a uniform, consistent message and distribution across retail, primary care and LTC.* Increase and influence recommendations with training, having open business discussions, disease management and digital solution discussions with KOL's to solidify long term collaborations. * Use data and other acquired insights to prioritize, prepare & execute account level plans. Engage with stakeholders, influencers and key accounts to understand and develop territory.*Maintain a deep knowledge of the diabetes patient journey (pre-disease, diagnosis and various stages of on-going management)* Perform In services with LTC. Accelerate learning with training and coordinating upgrade logistics on BGM with DOC's across Eastern Ontario.* Use Miller Heiman for strategic planning and sales opportunities.* Collaborate with HQ to identify, test and confirm marketing strategies in field.
