P&M and C&B (1) According to the company’s sales target,divide,follow,demonstrate every stage staff’s KPI; (2) Analyze on the monthly/quarterly P&M achievement state,guide the related departments to improve the unachievements;(3) According to the business characteristics,edit all kinds of P&M policies,and demonstrate it;(4) Design the promotion path, work with all branches' HR people to design the promotion path of research, manufacture, management system;(5) Work on the salary survey,diagnose the company’s salary condition through the cooperation with the professional consulting company Hewitt and Mercer; (6) Be responsible for payroll analysis, make the related departments focus on the organization efficiency;(7) Inspire the design and advancement of the project,including the building of the salesman,research people, manufacturing people encouragement system;(8) Review on the company’s human resources, help company and branches recognize key talented people;(9) Be responsible for the company C&B system planning,establishing, revising. 2.
