Supporting staff to navigate in-house and third-party software increases awareness about the overall user interface, putting an emphasis on company workflow thru post-education while troubleshooting.

Being in a leadership position feels like everything you start with is fertile soil, the ground up. Every idea is a seed, every resource is an instrument to cultivate growth. I have had dreams of sharpening "iron" in community, practicing performance, and building a refined portfolio alongside my peers. The expression of all the work we do: our weekly #freewrite sessions, the virtual and in-person Open-Mics we host, the way we publicize our vision of literary (and mixed-media) enterprise-- I feel content we as a team will have left a lasting mark on what it means to create a club, a sense of 'belonging.' No leader is one overnight, all was pushing me to be what I wasn't for the sake of something beyond myself, this community. I'd like to think those soft skills in communicating a vision to another independent thinker/ believer have really helped us empathize and lean on each other's strengths over the process of manifestation.All glory I give to my team, who stuck it out through my numerous impromptu meetings and chittering of details, being pulled in many directions with delegated tasks, and who let me grind them sharp any way I could.
