- Follow procedures covering all Store activities and use records system properly- Material & Spare parts Requisitioning on Orbfusion & Flowcentric system - Receiving all new stock items from purchasing as per applicable procedures- Controlling issue consumables/spares/upon receipt of demand _ Updating purchase orders- To ensure all customers receive full , accurate and on time orders- Unloading of half-height containers- Physical receipt of goods- confirm the quantity and quality of items sent and received- Maintaining detailed records specifying the shipment or receipt of materials- Inspection, storage and delivery of materials- Controlling cost spend for different projects on Syspro System- Participate in physical inventories for Redis Fixed assets and cycle counts (check , report & investigate all anomalies )- Controlling the fuel consumption for all machines under engineering department

Hauling & Transportation1.Ore Transfer at Rompad , New Crusher and Quarries( Mining )2. Cake transfer from Fam Mn to Dumping Area( Process Plant )3. - Follow procedure's covering all Stores & Warehouse activities and use records system properly- Offloading trucks with materials & spare parts , lubricants( Manifest )- Receiving ( items cycle count control physically)- Receiving on system GB Stock ( put on shelf )- Transfer of materials - Procurement ( internal requisition , quotes prices , approve prices , generates PO , prepare payment cash on eQual financial , receive supply & issues)- Issuing Diesel on system for busses , gensets & LVs - Controlling issue consumables/Spares/ Lubricants upon receipt of demand ( work order or picking slip & dispatch note )- Controlling all operations for daily stock take the EOB- Controlling all the the warehousing activities from the receiving of the goods to the consumptions of goods by the end of users .- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts. Check , report & investigate all anomalies on stored item (Stock inventory per shelf & reconciliation )- Commit stock take - Creating new part in the system by inserting part specification and new stock code
