I am passionate about digitalization, brand management and go-to-market strategies. My philosophy at work is “less is more": new technologies combined with a targeted strategy create a greater impact with fewer resources. During my master studies (HEC Lausanne & TEC Monterrey) as well as during my early position as a market analyst I developed my analytical skills. Throughout my career this has helped me to define disruptive solutions based on numbers in combination with my creativity. As a product manager in the luxury industry, I worked very closely with the sales director and the markets to increase revenues. The product strategy focused on innovation and world records proved to be very successful, leading to double-digit annual growth for my product category.As I am deeply interested in innovation, digitalization and marketing, I decided in 2017 to further develop my skills in the field by completing a certificate in digital strategy whilst becoming a freelance consultant at the same time. I enjoyed the challenge of becoming an entrepreneur, as well as speaking at conferences dedicated to innovation. Recently, I have further deepened my skills in this field with a CAS in multi-channel management (2019) and in digital analytics (2020).In my current position as Marketing Director in the consumer goods and IT industry, I am responsible for the management of 3 brands that target both B2B and B2C customers. In this position, I initially focused on defining the marketing strategy, optimizing the department's tasks and recruiting new profiles to strengthen my team. One of these 3 brands was launched recently. For this start-up project within the Esports industry I took an important role in the definition of global and go-to-market strategies. Within a short period of time, an e-commerce website was implemented, various communication and sales channels were opened and the brand established itself in the gaming industry.I am an assertive, goal-oriented executive who constantly seeks process improvements and ROI. With my entrepreneurial attitude, I love facing new challenges and finding innovative solutions. I am recognized as an enthusiastic, motivational manager, and have won the respect of my reports, co-workers and managers through my commitment and my high ethical standards.
