Spot checks on documentation should be done. DSAT Scrub to be sent on a daily basis. Team Leave Requests should reach the TMs on every Tuesday on or before 10pm On a daily basis one call to be translated to English. Accountable for CSAT & Productivity Scores for the teams Uploading the KM Test every month. Ensure that your team maintains 100% Documentation Ensure that your RMA's are under control. Be on the constant look out for any process violations & control the same without any Client Escalations A Formal Team Meeting should happen on a fortnightly basis without fail One-On-One Discussion must happen at least twice a month with all the agents in the team Managing the Queue. Check for any team issues and address it then and there (Admin, ECD, HR, Salary, Transport etc) Manage Attendance Ratifications. Updating Outage Tracker & Escalation Tracker TMF monitoring target needs to be maintained. Complete Appraisals and KRA on Time. Need to ensure that all the metrics meet the target.
