Implementation of State-of-the-art Bridge Management System and Asset Tradeoff Analyst. Project Manager, Technical Lead, Product Management (development of 2 products). Successful implementation.• 2010: Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Implementation of a Statewide Fleet Management System. Project Manager and Technical Lead. Project implemented successfully in 4 months including data migration, configuration, training and go-live preparation. Successful Implementation.• 2008: Pinellas County Public Works. Implementation of Pavement Management System and Bridge Management. Project Manager and Technical Lead on the addition of 2 modules to the existing Maintenance Management System. Successful Implementation.• 2007-2009: Israel National Road Company. Project Manager for the Infrastructure Asset Management System implementation. Project consisted of an integrated Pavement Management System, Bridge Management System, Safety Management System, and Integrated Planning System. Duties included Project Management, Technical Leadership, Product Development, and Business Analysis. Successful Implementation.• 2006-2007: Wyoming Department of Transportation. On-site Consultant following go-live of Enterprise Asset Management solution. Assisted the Department of Transportation in the day-to-day usage of the system, issue resolution, change management, reconfiguration.
