As an Implementation Coordinator my main resposnibilities were the implemenation of our services, espcially in the field of our Coffee brand Gavetti. Besides I was in charge of the organizational part of Marketing events such as fairs and Sport events.

As I started my traineeship at FELFEL in the Customer Happiness Team in November, I was quickly approached to take on another role in the Revenue Management Team. I quickly decided to take on the new challenge and not once regretted my decision. As a trainee in Revenue Management, I was in charge to keep a close eye on the food waste consumption as well as the outcome of our algorithm, which distributes all our food to our clients. Moreover, I was in charge of all requests that the Corporate Partnership Success Team received from our 800+ clients.

Home of Goals was so kind to provide me with an internship where I could tackle the challenge of writing my bachelor thesis for an upcoming Startup whose main goal is to create a better world by using the massive power of sports to teach children values and social competences.The topic of my bachelor's thesis was to integrate the renovative training method into the WFV, a football association that is responsible for the entire Trainer education in Württemberg, a massive part of the federal state of Baden-Württemberg. By analyzing the training philosophy and showcasing the effects of the training, which we hosted in group as well as individual sessions, I was able to display the huge benefits the Home of Goal training method brings to children and their social development. I have to thank Patric & Julia for providing me with this opportunity and whis them all the best for the years to come. It was a pleasure to be part of such an exciting organization and am convinced that Home of Goals will impact the football industry massively with their methods.

As an intern at TC Rüppur I was assigned to be in charge of the Social media strategy to promote the upcoming WTA tournament within the facilities of TC Rüppur. Due to the Covid Pandemic, the tournament was canceled and therefore, I decided to look one year ahead and create a social media guideline, which could not only be used for the next tournaments after covid but also provided an understanding of why certain strategies were followed. The overall goal of the strategy was not only to take away the work a social media strategy requires but also to leave a legacy behind, which helps to promote the tournament not only once, but for the next years as well.

During my apprenticeship at Südstern Bölle I mostly worked within the Disposition team of the organization but also gained insights into each department for at least three months. Within this apprenticeship, I gained great insights into administrative tasks as well as customer relations and sales talks. Additionally, constant contact with customers taught me how to behave adequately, be helpful, and be friendly, even when things are not working out as planned. My apprenticeship helped me to improve my communication as well as organizational skills while gaining my first proper experience in the labor market.
