- Defines and communicates the company's risk profile to the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee- Develops the annual audit plan based on the risk profile and coordinates its implementationSupervises the execution of internal audit and consulting missions (mission letter, recommendations, risk assessments, etc.)- Ensures the consistency of all audit assignments (internal and external) carried out in all Sibelga departments - Coordinates strategic and operational risk assessments, ensure the quality of the risk analysis and action plan, organize the proactive follow-up of these action plans;- Reports to the Management Committee and the Board of Directors, providing independent and objective assurance on the management of the company's risks.- Is responsible for quality and reports to the Management Committee and the Audit Committee on the status of activities related to Sibelga's certifications or accreditations, such as: ISO 900, ISO 17025, etc.

Consultancy Assignment :- Fluxys Headquarters: Co-responsible of the due diligence of multiple M&A projects : analysis of the information made available to the buyer in order to identify the risks related to the acquisition (regulatory, technical, financial, legal risks,...) in order to establish the fairest purchase price.- Düsseldorf – Germany : analysis of the most important long-term supply contract of the German subsidiary in order to set the basis for a renewal strategy.Audit related topics :- Conduct audit assignments writing of the engagement letter, creation of the audit reference framework, creation of the Risk Control Matrix, field testing, writing of the report including recommendations, approval of action plans, presentation of the report to the Management Committee, follow-up of action plans- Contribution to the elaboration of the audit plan,
