Conducted a market assessment for monoclonal antibodies in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The primary objective of the project was to gather comprehensive data and insights to evaluate the potential market for new monoclonal antibodies.Our work was focused on:• Identifying key opinion leaders and influencers within the industry.• Identifying and profiling potential target markets and key stakeholders.• Analyzing market dynamics, including market size, growth trends, and competitive landscape.• Assessing regulatory environments and potential barriers to market entry.• Gathering pricing information and reimbursement mechanisms.Specifically, I was able to:• Profile and engage respective officials and key stakeholders in the country for interviews.• Conduct interviews and record these interviews for transcription and review by the project manager.• Develop high level overview and summary of the country market landscape as informed by the interviews conducted.

In parternship with ABT Associates, I evaluated and reviewed documentation of USAID's Integrated Health Program (Prosani) activities in South Kivu (Bukavu, Walungu, Kalonge and Uvira) with project providers, vendors and beneficiaries.

This consultancy involves the development and implentation of CADMETA's quality assurance management manuel. CADMETA is a Regional Essentials Medicines Distribution Center. The Development of this manuel is a requirement from QUAMED and DRC National Essential Drug Supply Program (PNAM) with the objective of providing a formal framework for the execution of all CADMETA's pharmaceutical and administrative operations in order to comply with WHO good storage and distribution practices of medicines.

- Participating in and contributing to activities related on management and supply of medicines within the Warehouse (forecasting & quantification of needs, suppliers’ pre-qualification, receipt & storage of medicines; preparation and delivery of partner orders, participate in regular and periodic inventories etc);- Collaborating with warehouse supervisors in order to check packing of cold chain boxes regularly to ensure compliance with the requirements; - Monitoring medicines supplies in health zones and health facilities;- Supporting the implementation of quality assurance standard operating procedures and contributing to the strengthening of Warehouse’s quality assurance policy and system;- Ensuring that the warehousing team complies with good storage and distribution practices, and that stock management tools/documents are properly maintained.

Worked on the baseline phase of the project titled "Effective Approaches to End the Worst Forms of Child Labour project with War Child UK (EAPEC; Masisi)", I was responsible of: - Applying extensive contextual knowledge about North – kivu (Masisi) in the DRC to facilitate the project baseline (research).- Train field teams on research objectives, data collection tools, and ethical and safety protocols & provides input on tool design and fieldwork planning.- Assisting with logistical planning of the research (provision of vehicles, reservations of hotels in the field, deal with consultant’s perdiems, prepare research materials and ensure their maintenance and safety.- Liaising with government officials and local communities to negotiate access on behalf of field teams for baseline activities.- Providing quality assurance and quality control of quantitative and qualitative data collection.- Recruiting and managing external hires including enumerators and translators.- Collaborating with the administration, logistics, finance and security to ensure the properimplementation of research activities.- Supervising 4 qualitative and 18 quantitative enumerators on the field to ensure thereliability and follow-up of data collection instructions & supporting the report writing.

Worked on the pilot phase of the project titled "Effective Approaches to End the Worst Forms of Child Labour project (EAPEC; Walungu and Masisi)", I was responsible of: - Working with local partners to ensure good collaboration between research assistants and program teams, local governments, and communities, - Supporting the logistics for research implementation during pilot activities- Preparing and supervising data collection- Supporting research design, in close collaboration with the research team - Supporting the development of research tools: questionnaires testing/translating, - Establishing and maintaining good working relationship with program partners, local government partners and communities- Supporting the organization in terms of planning, timing, location, and authorization letters - Liaising with Partners to ensure coordination of activities in the consortium - Organizing and managing teams of research assistant- Keep track of research progress and update Project officer- Ensuring data quality- Ensuring all project assets are tracked efficiently, and report any missing asset- Runing preliminary analysis of the data - Together with Project Lead, write project report/analysis - Runing initial discussions about theory of change for each activity- Discussing objectives for the M&E team of that pilot phase and report to Project coordinator

Worked on a qualitative study on violence in schools and on the way to school in DR Congo with World Bank Group Consultants.For this project I:- Organised and guided the research teams in conducting interviews with key informants from organisations working in the education sector in the community where the school is located on the topics of sexual violence.- Monitored the research teams in the organisation of focus groups with different school managers.- Organised and conducted individual in-depth interviews with school managers and teachers on violence against children in school.- Participated in report writing.

The aim of this position was to support the African Union Commission youth envoy office (AUC) in coordinating all youth engagement and mobilization following the 2nd Pan-African Youth Forum.I was involed in:- Supporting the office of the youth envoy to the Commission of the African Union in coordinating the set of good governance and democracy activities of African Youth .- Participating in the review and validation of translated documents (English French)- Organizing online meetings for the Youth envoy.- Write and share the meeting report with the team.
