Pascal Najem joined AEDIS in July of 2009. Since then he has successfully managed the construction administration process for several school projects, which include the SanLorenzo Unified School District, East Side Union High School District and Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School District. As Contract Administrator at AEDIS, Pascal overseesall aspects of school projects, including interpretation of plans and specifications, review of submittals, requests for information, progress payments, change orders, jobsite meetings, pre-final and final inspections.Prior to joining AEDIS, Pascal worked as a Project Management Professional for development and general contracting companies, accumulating over 8 years of handson field experience managing projects, estimating changes to contracts, and providing professional assistance to clients. Having worked on the contractor’s side, he has unique knowledge of the construction process, which has proven valuable in protecting the interests of AEDIS’ clients.
