*When it was announced that Nestle Nigeria will be live on GLOBE Solution (SAP+),only the very best hands from the various unit in the company were selected as part of the Global Business Excellence Project Team.*I was responsible for all factory warehouse activities for GLOBE Solution (SAP+). *This involved working across various functions and also liaising with the GLOBE center for the Central and West African Region.*I was involved in the design of the factory warehouse and distribution layout which was uploaded to GLOBE Solution (SAP+).*I was involved in the implementation and monitoring of Material Handling Best Practices across the company.*I was involved in the Fit Gap Analysis of the Globe Template to Nestle Nigeria's Processes.*Carried out Business Process Documentation.*Material and product flow Design*Supported the Factory GLOBE coordinator on various project reporting activities.*As a Material Handling Core Super User, I was responsible training and testing various Super Users and end users. *I was part of the team that carried out the Market Integration Testing and Market Acceptance testing.*Nestle Nigeria went live successfully on the GLOBE Solution (SAP+) in all unit of operation, though with the largest and most complex operation of all the sites in the Nestle CWA region it’s go-live was hitch free.
