Because when devs fail, Ops still wake up at 3 AmBefore I dealt with mostly Orange Business Services , Orange Digital FactorY, Airbus Helicopter, RSI and a few others as Project Leader (manager, director, governance, mentor and even dev, ops and tester sometimes)

Decided to help smal French startups to walk before flying - was fun and help some to reach some level of successMarket was not as mature as it is now in 2019 , And fund raising was (strangely) an evil for most of them. Some good expriences gained and a bit of rest after the previous life in the networking sector ... startups are great ... but exhausting ... And then my first kid joined in 2004 ...
