International oriented I began my career in a trade company (WORMS) where I developed commercial and technical activities in Asia, Middle East and Africa. Later, I joined Food Industry (NESTLE) to lead European activities and projects in Supply-Chain and Industrial Organization (31 sites). In 2000, I joined the pharmaceutical company MERIAL (Join-Venture Sanofi & MSD) and held different Executive positions (permanent member of extended committee) within Procurement & Supply Chain and also leading projects of merging acquisition. Within SANOFI, these last years, I held different VP position's , the last one was in Singapore as VP SBS (Sanofi Business Services) China, Asia, Japan & Pacific, I was in charge of amplifying strategic and operational contribution to the development of the various SANOFI businesses in the region (16 countries) , increasing innovation with different BU and strategic suppliers and enhancing value creation performance delivery. I have developed skills through 40 years of large experience in cross functional area and complex inter cultural environments covering Procurement, Supply Chain and Organization. My career was driven by expertise from strategy to robust efficiency implementation within best in class environment (LEAN methodology & Six Sigma) in a continuous and sustainable improvement process. Leading the change implementation in a large and complex zone in a challenging environment, skilled in defining strategies based on innovation with a strong business connectivity (focused on customer and results oriented).
