Customer Technical Service Representative – Aero Engines
Current- Ensure technical and administrative services are provided to exceed the requirement of RRC customers.
- Communicate to the customer the status of their engines in, the cost estimate to service their engine and technical issues regarding their engines.
- Issue service instructions for each engine to the shop in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
- Support WIP in a dedicated and persistent manner to ensure the customer’s cost, reliability and turnaround time expectations are met.
- Generate reports and recommendations to management that assist in achieving RRC’s financial targets.
- Resolve issues and deficiencies related to engines on the shop and at test.
