Customer Technical Service Representative – Aero Engines
Current•Ensure technical and administrative services are provided to exceed the requirement of RRC customers.•Communicate to the customer the status of their engines in, the cost estimate to service their engine and technical issues regarding their engines.•Issue service instructions for each engine to the shop in accordance with the customer’s requirements.•Support WIP in a dedicated and persistent manner to ensure the customer’s cost, reliability and turnaround time expectations are met.•Generate reports and recommendations to management that assist in achieving RRC’s financial targets.•Resolve issues and deficiencies related to engines on the shop and at test.•Work with RRD and Corporate Care engines to minimise shop visit cost and turn time.•Welcome customers at RRC and perform scrap review, shop visit tour and invoice negotiations.•Customers and shop floor 24/7 on call coverage.•Put through and/or maintain different projects at RRC: Responsible for the C-20 program for Northrop Grumman/US Government. Responsible for the Tay 611-8C stage 7 vanes campaign Responsible for the Net Jets FHA and Corporate Care fleet of engines Responsible for the UPS Tay fleet of engines•Working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook environment.
