I am a passionate worker with expertise in hardware electronics and image compression. That passion comes from the endless discoveries, learning and creations I can experience with the intoPIX team. I am fascinated about complex systems and happy to search for innovation that could make digital imaging more efficient. I fully appreciate the multiple dimensions in my work and love technological innovation as much as hardware development, patenting, or management.Deeply inspired by Agile methodologies, System Thinking and Management 3.0, I have finally understood that our work was about developing and managing knowledge more than writing lines of codes. I have put “learning” as an essential goal of my career and know how much it helps me grow personally and how much innovation derives naturally from this iterative construction of knowledge.My proudest achievement is being one of the inventors of the JPEG XS standard. It was brought to life through incredible teamwork during which we never stopped having fun and enjoying what we were doing. It is essential to me that people I am working with can enjoy their job. This makes me do my best to create a supportive environment where we can learn and develop our ideas together.Learn, Transmit, Iterate is my motto and my two goals for the next decade are to :- work toward more efficient digital imaging & video systems- develop enjoyable and supportive work environments
