Slices of the P8 hippocampus were alive up to 6 months.* Culture and measurements on MEAs (multi array electrodes systems from MCS and Ayanda)up to more then 60 days from fresh dissociated embryonic tissue as well as from the frozen ones (hippocampus).I developed a new proprietary method for slices cultures on MEAs.* We developed all our culture and dissociating mediums, including numerous coatings and techniques.* We could also bring in culture adults neurons and keep them alive during a a few months.
