I have occupied during 29 years, various positions within Ferroglobe, from engineering, project manager to production manager and finally General Manager of several plants in various countries including China. I'm a multicultural type of person, integrating myself in all situations through my respect of the differences and understanding of each other’s. Focused on results, I lead my teams through full transparency of our objectives and training of everyone to achieve targets. No one can be left behind if no chances have been provided to him/her to improve. It has been my way of managing things through my long career in metallurgical industries with always great successes. Since 2022, I have decided to give a new orientation to my career and have started my own company to assist enterprises requiring a great experience in Electrometallurgy (Silicon, Ferrosilicon, Ferromanganese) and additionally in associated production of renewable carbons to replace fossil carbons in Submerged Arc Furnaces. Experience on this field acquired after having operated one carbon factory in China and having built one complete carbon production factory in South Africa in improving performances all along. Both feeding SAF to produce Silicon.
