-Ensure the growth and the profit of 14 countries are on target with more than 10 international brands in the portfolio (total Zone HK$ 14bn sales, HK$ 2bn Profit)-Manage monthly PL and supervise Budget and Trend process-Define and follow up on business model profitability-Advise and build strategy on all financial issues faced by the Management -In charge of Zone overhead costs and major liaison of IT projects (Sellout consolidation, pricing harmonization)

- Manage division daily finance and operations - Supervise 4 controllers and business analysts, 3 accountants- Steer budget planning for P&L maximization- Ensure monthly closing, trend and budget process- Hold monthly financial steering committee to GM and CFO on finance health check and KPI measurement- Support the business development in resources allocations and financial scenarios
