06/2005 - 12/2008 Programs Director for the Orange affiliates (fixe and mobile telecom)Management and business development of the "Orange affiliates" accounts in Europe and overseas (€150 million). Main interlocutor for "Orange Corporate team" to coordinate the implementation of framework contracts.• Negotiation, implementation and management of maintenance contracts for each customer affiliate.• Supervision of "Program Managers" in charge of Orange's European and overseas territories accounts.

Deputy director of an operational and technical expertise center, in close relationship with the "sales management of the region" and "the products development departments”• Technical Support Center management (over 100 persons) for Western Europe customers, including recruitment and inventory of the technical expertise pooled over the area.• Set-up the technical center in Romania and provide support to create a technical competence structure in Russia.• Operational support on the deployments programs in Brazil..• Internal and customers destination reportings on our contractual performances (KPI's), evaluation and negotiation of contact and financial issues.

Appointed by the President of the mobile division as Customers ″Prime client interfaceʺ, I am accountable for customers accounts, managing all activities (commercial, operational and financial) with a direct reporting to the Regional Vice-President.• Taiwan (06/2002-01/2003): Anticipation Program for GSM Third generation (3G ) Implementing a local operational staff for 2 local "GSM 3G" projects. Coordinate the local support coming from Kuala-Lumpur skill centre for this mission.• Netherlands (2000-06/2002): Recovery the Dutchtone operator account (25 M€ per year) Setting up of a new operational team (15 persons, 3 sub-contractors). Restoring the image of Alcatel and a business with a positive margin.• Reunion island (2000-2002): Start up the “Orange Reunion island” GSM network (30 M€ per year) Structuring and management of a local team (10 persons, 4 subcontractors). Respect of the contractual network opening in December 2000. Development of a partnership spirit with Orange (operational teams and general management).• Romania (1996-2000) : Deployment of a new GSM network (50 M€ per year), expatriation 2 years Setting up of Mobile activity in the Alcatel Local Unit (budget, recruitment, logistics), setting up a local operational team (70 persons including 20 expatriates). Management the network deployment (fixe and mobile infrastructures and wireless radio transmission) for contractual network opening in May 2007. Program management activity transfer (operations, business management) to Alcatel Romania local unit.• France (01/1995-08/1996) : Program Manager for the GSM France Telecom Network Deployment (Paris region) Coordination with France Telecom the operational planning with F.T. (500 sites/year). Contract management (Sales=100 M€/year) including margin and penalties management.
