• Analysis and Structuring of credit facilities to private individuals, personal investment companies and/or operating companies, secured by marketable securities over all asset classes (whether in diversified or concentrated portfolio).• Analysis and Structuring of mortgage loans in Switzerland, UK and France.• Prepare the credit requests with detailed analysis on the borrower, the transaction, the collateral and submit it to the Credit Committee of the bank.• Establish and follow up of the credit documentation, where required together with internal or external lawyers, • Monitoring and remediation of shortfalls• Involvement in credit relevant project on a case by case basis

• Defining the rules governing the loan-to-value ratios (LTV) and correcting factors for any marketable securities (incl. Alternative Investments, Structured Products) within the security-backed lending business • Reviewing and monitoring the LTV for all marketable securities • Supporting the Credit Officer in monitoring challenging client positions, evaluating complex trans-actions as well as in approving explicit higher LTV and/or portfolio LTV

Zurich

• Granting, follow up and management of security-backed loans covering the East part of Switzerland• Establishment and follow up of margins and limits of financial derivatives products for private clients• Elaboration of follow up and prevention procedures in order to minimize the risks due to markets fluctuations
