Within DCNS Simulator & Training Business Unit, I lead the Expertise and Innovation Office. Newly set up, I give the impulsion which helps production teams and works to bring significant gains in terms of cost and productivity.I anticipate future technologies and skills related to the production of simulators and training. I get involved in bids, industrial policy and technical audits to approve the orientations of the various entities that must rely on simulation. I led a software development teams to complete successfully various R&D projects, for entrusted new or maintenance purposes. I contributed to the success of major programs such as ESTURGEON V3, delivered to the French Navy, simulator delivery for Singapore and Franco-Italian frigates and Operational Requirement Demonstrator. I coordinated the definition, implementation and commissioning to fit all tactical simulators.This experience made me take the measure of the complexity of a product approach: production cycles and functional scope control, management of customer requests, control of technical ambitions, timeliness, cost and especially quality.
