About Pascal Theze
I am a highly passionate, energetic and charismatic individual with a wealth of experience within the catering industry. My career as a Chef began in 1979 during my apprenticeship in the prestigious Lycee Beauregard de Rennes. Over many years I have gained experience and knowledge through working in an array of restaurants and hotels in France, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and South America to name a few. I have taken a pleasure in bringing Rosette Awards to various establishments. A few short years after my arrival in Scotland, I have been successful in opening my own Restaurant on the West Coast before progressing to opening my hotel also on the West Coast.
