Coordinating and releasing world-wide new services offerings and capabilities for HP's personal computer services portfolio

IT Infrastructure Project Manager for the Global Real Estate IT Team at HP. Engaged on the full range of network infrastructure projects for HP sites across different EMEA environments. The projects consist of green/brown field new build, WAN/LAN/Core Network Transformation/Refresh, Data Center build/migration/move/close and both Call Center and Back Office Telephony projects, utilizing both virtual and onsite resources. The technical aspects of these projects consist of a mixture of Data Circuits (Fiber / Copper, MPLS / ISP), Voice Circuits (Coax / Copper / Fiber), full telecommunication solutions (including Avaya, MS Lync/Skype for Business and third party hosted Call centers), Along with Cisco/HP/Acme/F5/Juniper WAN / LAN / Cloud / DWLAN Network Devices/Services for delivery within all aspects of the HP network. Ensuring that, where required, the services delivered meet or provide the business continuity/survivability and Disaster Recovery requirements in order to provide ongoing support to HP Customers.Responsibilities• Managing multiple concurrent high visibility / large budget projects.• Ensuring defined project milestones/deliverables are met during project delivery.• Using management tools such as Redfish, HPSM, PPM, MS Project, and SharePoint to provide end to end project lifecycle management and change control to deliver projects.• 3rd party vendor management required for the delivery of projects.• Complete required documentation in line with HP guidelines on invitation to tender and reward.• Chairing project steering groups, project and implementation boards, participating user group forums.• Ensure that all project planning processes across the full life cycle are met and conform to PMO standards, implement / review / update them as required.• Project plans kept up to date and reviewed regularly in conjunction with the Project Board, Stakeholders and Project Teams including 3rd party suppliers.
