The fifth generation combat aircraft is designed to perform ground attack, aerial reconnaissance, and air defense missions. The F-35 has three main models: the F-35A conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) variant, the F-35B short take-off and vertical-landing (STOVL) variant, and the F-35C carrier-based Catapult Assisted Take-Off But Arrested Recovery (CATOBAR) variant. On 31 July 2015, the first squadron was declared ready for deployment after intensive testing by the United States.

My role was crucial in ensuring that all production processes were carried out efficiently, adhering to the high-quality standards demanded by the company.My responsibilities also included planning and organizing work, solving technical problems, and ensuring that equipment and tools were maintained in perfect working condition. I played a key role in training and developing the skills of my team, ensuring that each member had the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their task excellently.Risk management and compliance with safety regulations were also a crucial part of my job, thus ensuring a safe working environment for my team. Through my leadership, we were able to achieve and often exceed production targets, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction and motivation within the team.

As a Methods Agent and Programmer at Asco, I played a key role in the development and optimization of production processes airbus A320/330. My primary responsibility was to efficiently design and program machine tools using CATIA V4 and NCMill, focusing on tracks. I worked closely with engineering and production teams to ensure that the programs and methods I developed were not only technically feasible but also optimized for maximum efficiency.My role involved a deep understanding of the capabilities of the machines and the materials used, as well as a strong ability to solve complex technical problems. I was also involved in training and supporting machine operators, ensuring they understood and could effectively apply the programs and methods I had developed.Collaboration with other departments was essential to ensure alignment with production goals and the quality of the finished products. My experience at Asco was rewarding, allowing me to develop my programming and methodology skills while significantly contributing to the company's production efficiency and quality.
