About Pascal Wild
As the dedicated Director of the School of Management Fribourg/Freiburg, I am committed to developing our educational programs and promoting academic excellence. My passion lies in making education relevant and accessible by working closely with our stakeholders. In my 10+ years working at HSW Fribourg, I have taught graduate and undergraduates, worked in various national and international research projects (e.g. Innosuisse – Swiss Innovation Agency, Interreg Europe, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC) leading me to different countries in Europe, Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa, and published various works. Prior to my academic career, I worked as an authorized auditor (Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority) for a Big 4 as well as for an SME and co-founded a stock corporation in the fiduciary service sector. I am holding a PhD in Socioeconomics from the University of Geneva, an MSc. in Entrepreneurship from HES-SO and attended the Wharton Global Faculty Development Program for PhD scholars and faculty members.
