• Work in collaboration with, raw material experts, purchasing and factories to define raw material specifications (about 1000 raw material specifications were revised)

• Responsible of a stream ("Chemical Safety") of a business project with the aim to redefine the way to achieve safety for infant products
• A process, responsibilities and methodology has been developed to set max levels of chemical contaminants in finished products and raw materials. The methodology uses science and regulatory considerations.

• Responsible for scientific projects related to quality and safety for specific topics of Zone Asia (e.g. Specific research was made to decrease the level of arsenic in rice used for baby food manufacturing..
• Contacts with local authorities of the Zone (e.g. Courses in the field of analytical chemistry and method validation were developed and given to local authorities (Malaysia, Thailand))
• Responsible to implement new analytical methodologies
• Participate to Nestlé factory audits (focusing on hygiene)
