Responsible for the promotion, rollout and support of the Symbility platform for the Quebec P&C insurance industry.• Responsible to promote the solution in Quebec.• Managed the accounts including training and technical support.• Worked closely with the development team to adapt the solution for the market.• Support trainers and account managers in other markets (US and Canada).• Translated all the sales and training documentation.• Maintained the pricing database for the Quebec market.

I founded this company that specialized in electronic restoration. Built the cleaning lab and equipment, promoted its services to the insurers, ran the daily operations, and performed the billing.

Was responsible for the development of a custom management and evaluation software for this company. We created a software called Vzion that is somehow the ancestor to Symbility.

We developed software for the consumer service industry (like carpet cleaners, alarm system installers, etc.) and also developed custom softwares for companies in the property loss restoration industry. I co-owned this company with Marc-Olivier Huynh. We also did sub-contracting development for Qirra Custom Software (an ancestor of Symbility) who was owned by Eric Embacher. The three of us later co-founded Symbility Solutions 2002 .
