General Manager of Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona, since April 2013. I joined this 1918 iconic property after a complete remodeling program, in order to reposition the hotel as a benchmark in luxury in Spain. Graduated from the hospitality school “Jean Drouant” in Paris, I started my career 30 years ago, holding various positions in Hotel Sofitel Miami, before coming back to Europe, where I discovered luxury establishments such as Château de Bagnols, the Carlton Casino Club, restaurant “La Belle Otéro” in Cannes and the prestigious Hôtel de Crillon in Paris.After a stop in London with the opening of Sanderson Hotel (Ian Schrager’s Morgans Hotel Group and China Grill Management), I went back to the United States to oversee the food & beverage operations of Royalton Hotel. I left New York for Miami, to take over the F &B of the distinguished Delano Hotel before being promoted to Director of Operations for China Grill Management Miami & Mexico properties. In 2007, I decided to join Novecento Group, Argentine bistrots as Chief Operating Officer.One significant experience in my career remains with the Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris, considered as one of the best luxury hotel in the world, where I held the position of Resident Manager over 4 years along with the teams of Alain Ducasse and Dorchester Collection, before moving to Barcelona in 2013 to take over Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona as General Manager.
