Hello, this is my professional story.🎓 I started my career as a Software Engineer, Client Manager and Product Manager.🤩 But my dream was to work in sales and one day in 1998 the miracle happened.🙏 The vice president of a technology company, who probably liked my personality because I had no experience in sales, hired me as sales director for Latin America. I was excited and a little anxious because I knew that this position requires delivering significant results quickly. I started working like crazy, hunting for any opportunity and thanks to the support of a great team, I started reporting victories in the second year allowing me to stay in the company until its closure. I would be lying to you if I didn't confess that in this journey I didn't have many bitter defeats. You know: those victories that you promised and that you end up losing because you didn't understand the client's need enough or you made a mistake in the last round. Obviously, over time I was improving, but due to my lack of sales knowledge, I was never quite sure if my way of working was correct, in my interaction with prospects, in carrying out sales processes and in closing deals.📈 In 2006, I joined a Swiss SME run by a CEO with an extraordinary business vision whose ambition was to turn his company into a world leader in its niche. Aware that few of his sales executives had received serious sales education, he paid for us to take Infoteam Consulting's “Winning Complex Sales” training program. I was happy to take these courses, but I also wondered how much it would help us increase results. Well, after six months, our number of qualified prospects had increased considerably, after twelve months our sales began to grow exponentially and after three years the company was already positioned as a leader in its market.🎬Totally convinced of the benefits of sales training, in 2018 I decided to leave my position as regional sales director to dedicate myself to what I am passionate about, which is “Helping SMEs accelerate their sales” through the following services:• Strengthening the sales model.• Training of executives and commercial leaders.• Commercial support.😉 I have dedicated myself to this for the last 6 years and my greatest satisfaction is having the growth of my clients' companies as a result.✍️ I love meeting new people and talking about business and sales.
