I organize the shipment of Firefox to hundreds of millions of users on desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile (Android, iOS) as part of the Release Management team.I work on tooling and on streamlining our processes to make them more efficient and understandable internally and externally.

I was in charge of a project aiming to turn Firefox Nightly into a public dogfooding channel (just as we have the Beta and Release channels) whose goal is to engage our very technical Nightly users into the Mozilla project in activities that have a measurable impact on the quality of our products.

I built and managed the localization of mozilla.org (+200 million unique visitors per month) and Firefox web properties in 80 languages. All of that through the management of hundreds of volunteer localizers around the world. As part of my job, I managed the localization of all Mozilla marketing campaigns and product launches since 2006. I also built dashboards and APIs that help us ship translations and products on a daily basis through continuous integration and automation. I was the lead developer of an open source online translation memory tool (https://transvision.mozfr.org) used by most of Mozilla translators, QA teams and other localization tools that use its external API as a data source for official Mozilla translations in 80+ languages. Apart from my technical roles, I am first and foremost a community builder, I built from scratch a large part of today's Mozilla Web localization community.

Mozilla Europe Not for Profit co-founder.Built a European web localization presence in 27 languages around Firefox and Thunderbird based on the mozilla-europe.org website. That work is now merged into mozilla.org.Built from scratch our European volunteer communities (several hundred people across 30 countries) to promote Firefox and Thunderbird.Was Mozilla Spokesperson for Spain and a frequent Speaker at open source conferences in France, Belgium, and Spain to promote our technologies and open source participation to the Mozilla project.Led our European internship program.
