Chef Pascal Chureau, former owner and chef of Fenouil in Portland and Tucci in Lake Oswego teams with Chef Ian Ragsdale to offer local, sustainably conscious epicurean plates featuring New American and European cuisines.Allium serves delicious and unpretentious food, straight from farm to table. Daily fare focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farmers and purveyors.
