My main task is the development, optimisation and validation of quantitative chromatography methods of biomolecules in biological matrices using mass spectrometry.Validation of analytical methods are made following ICH, CLSI guidelines and EN17025 and ISO 15189 regulations. Besides the analytical work, I'm writing validation plans and reports as well as SOP and scientific results reports.I'm also involved in the daily laboratory management, validating the daily routine results, responsible for internal and external quality control, quality documentation and instruments of the chromatography lab.

Classification of patents publications in Pure and Applied Organic Chemistry on Bio-materials and polymers

As scientific manager of the chromatography laboratory, I was responsible for the development and validation of quantitative chromatography methods (HPLC, GCMS) and ICPMS in Clinical Chemistry. Besides the daily work in the lab, I was involved in multidisciplinary medical research projects and actively collaborated with physicians.My experience in analytical clinical chemistry is demonstrated through 16 scientific publications in international reviews. In each of them I optimized the analytical method, such as HPLC and GCMS of natural metabolites (porphyrins, hormones, steroids, iodolipids) and drugs (antibiotics, immuno-suppressive drugs) or ICPMS (iodine, selenium).
