Pascale has 12 years Talent Management and Learning and Development experience and 13 years Coaching experience. She is currently Talent Management Director, Learning and Diversity with Intuity World, Head of Learning and Development for Cathay Pacific's Engineering department, and has been the Head of the Training and Development and HR Recruitment desk across APAC at MRI International.Pascale has a strong background in Talent Management Partnership and LD Strategic planning, developing the complete Learning and Development curriculum from scratch and tailoring it to fit the local markets. She always takes into account the broader Talent Management approach and looks to apply the best Talent Strategy to address organisational gaps for the company. She is a strong designer and implementer of training modules, idea generation, assessment tools and change management. She works collaboratively with her HR partners and Business leaders ensuring consistent, timely and seamless delivery of all talent and LD programs. She thoroughly analyses the business demands and designs and drives cutting edge talent solutions that are meeting the immediate needs of the business.Pascale’s strength lies in setting up the Learning and Development and Graduate development functions from scratch whilst finding innovative ways to review and improve the relevant training frameworks in place which could include the corporate policies and procedures and induction process to name a few.
