•Responsible for managing issues relating to personnel •Setting policies & procedures for all matters related to the company employees •Manage office health, safety and well-being issues.•Training/staff orientation; analyze training needs; develop operational procedures.•Design, evaluate & modify benefits policies; analyze compensation policies, government regulations & prevailing wage rates.•Present written & oral reports; recommend & implement departmental goals, objectives & procedures.•Formulate and Develop HR policies, procedures & program for recruitment, testing placement, classification, orientation, benefits & compensation.•Conducts job analysis surveys for current & formed positions •Formulates all job descriptions in coordination with departmental & senior management •Formulates & advertises a Job Vacancy listing internally of the company •Sources & advertises job vacancies in several arenas •Screens candidates applications & CVs for job vacancies and Files & records all applications •Conducts interviews & evaluates potential employees and assists departments and staffing requirements, restructurings & lateral promotion/demotion•Supervises and executes the recruitment and selection function of the Human Resources department in conjunction with departmental and senior management.•Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels•Consults with Managers to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. •Manages applicant pools, ranks candidates, profiles candidates against specific needs, and performs job related skills tests and performs reference checks. •Hires positions as assigned by manager Keeps informed of developments in such areas such as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and departmental needs. •Calculates Final settlements/End of service benefits of separated employees.•Develops recruitment materials for presentations and job fairs
