I have been a self-employed physical therapist/craniosacral therapist for over 25 years. I have been working as a Pilates instructor in groups and as a personal trainer for 18 years. I have worked with top athletes as a therapist and coach for over 20 years. In my practice I treat from babies to seniors, but I work mostly with women and always do it very holistically. In my years of experience, real healing only happens when the person is willing to look closely. Together we work out what the body signals and the current life situation have in common and which path can bring a fulfilled and happy life again.I am now applying my many years of experience as a therapist, mother, dancer, gymnastics and Pilates instructor to teaching Pilatesflows. It gives me great pleasure to pass on my accumulated knowledge.
