She was then able to integrate her learnings from the previous year and really surprised us with her ability to diagnose and assess some of the needs we hadn't identified ourselves in the department. Pascale is now on our permanent list of workshop leaders and we hope to host her annually in our department. I personally would highly recommend Pascale for her professionalism, adaptability, empathy and great receptivity.
