During my career/personal life, I’ve lived on 5 continents, moved 30 times, and led HR in global blue-chip firms. My employers were all facing significant organizational changes (M&A, divestitures, fast-growth, restructuring, start-up mode). These experiences taught me the importance of flexibility, learning agility, adaptability, and cultural intelligence! Currently, as an executive coach to the global C-suite, current/aspiring CHROs, and leaders driving organizational initiatives, I offer a strong business, legal, and coaching foundation coupled with a relational coaching style.
