Par ma passion du métier de l’assurance, j’intègre une Business Unit qui me permet de diversifier mes champs d’expertise aussi bien dans le domaine du Crédit Emprunteur que dans celui des assurances Dépendance et GAV. Dans le pilotage de mes projets, je travaille en étroite collaboration avec les Directions mais aussi avec les gestionnaires où je retranscrits leur expertise au travers de manuels d’utilisation et de fiches techniques produits pour leur intégration dans l’intranet de l’entreprise.Mes réalisations clés :-Mise en place et suivi du recouvrement des indus Assurance Emprunteur pour tous les partenaires, avec un taux de réussite de 70 %.- Ecriture des procédures et des manuels d'utilisations sinistres, réclamations et des FAQ liés à l'assurance Dépendance et GAV.- Audit des dossiers sinistres. Rédaction des rapports, préconisation quant aux actions rectificatives et les alertes à mettre en place. - Mise en place de reporting et de tableaux de bord hebdomadaires et mensuels de la performance téléphonie de la Business Unit Crédit Emprunteur, pour le service prestations et souscription, du nouvel outils de qualification des appels et création des enquêtes de satisfaction et de leurs restitutions.- Accompagnement dans la conduite du changement et la transformation du métier et simplification des procédures.- Automatisation des calculs des stocks et la performance des utilisateurs.- Contrôles des courriers : organisation d'ateliers avec les responsables d'unités sur les notations.Projet clé :- Externalisation de la téléphonie du service prestations pour tous les partenaires.- Ecriture, en partenariat avec les différents services, des manuels de formation pour les chargés d'accueil de la plateforme téléphonique.

Within this company, 2 half-time positions were entrusted to me, one in the technical department and the other in the logistics department.In the morning I work in the technical department where I translate and distribute technical notes for the dealer network.In the afternoon, I move in the logistics department where my roles extend to programming, planning the arrival of motorcycle containers in coordination with the store.I manage transportation damage records with insurers and carriers.This versatility on these very different positions allows me to learn a lot and position myself in the company.
