I lead a team of Insights program managers and data professionals that sit at the crossroads of sales and data science. I inspire my team to drive forward programs that scale the impact of our Insights assets across our sales and customer success organizations. I do so by connecting with the individual first, then coach them to be as effective as possible while building key skills and relationships that will further their professional career.
