- Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations including responsibility for Incident Management- Offering second level support to the Market Operations teams based on experience and expertise in the various trade and reporting systems- Functional Change Management: responsible for analyzing changes, writing requirements and carrying out extensive BAT testing- Responsible for coordinating the roll-out of new software and processes to market operations, including training of market operations teams- Special responsibility for SMARTS, the exchange's market surveillance software- Market Operations representative for Business Continuity Planning- Responsible for speaking and presenting on behalf of SIX Swiss Exchange at high-profile events including public IPOs, Welcome Days for new employees and internal and external presentations to present the Exchange and its functions to interested parties

- Monitoring and intervening in the market to ensure fair trading practices, including updating trading parameters like price steps, reference prices, etc.- First level support for traders and responsible for carrying out requests such as emergency deletions of transactions in a timely and efficient manner- Supervising and updating Stop Trading (Volatility-Interrupts) including stock watcher-alerts (e.g. price-difference alerts)- Responsibility for making mistrade decisions during the trading day - Compiling trade statistics and reports for upper managementRepresenting Exchange Operations in exchange-wide projects
