In charge of developping E-commerce turnover and all digital marketing levers:- Building a business plan from scratch and a digital P&L to manage budget proposal- Eshop turnover development driven by launching and managing Acquisition campaigns- E-Crm and loyalty programs development- E-commerce development by other distribution channels- Automation development, e-logistic optimisation

- Analyse and understand market specificities (Belgian and Dutch markets)- Select the proper products going live on websites (.be & .nl )- Define monthly production plan, adjust product mix and estimate performances per destinations.- Day to day website Management: Product launches & performances, optimizing content, events, merchandising- Weekly and monthly reportings on performances and market trends- Help and support buyers and purchasing managers on their negotiations

In charge of collaborating with 3 biggest vendors in the pets category (consumables- retail): managing the relationship from A to Z with vendors, negotiating terms, defining with them their action plan on Amazon,( Marketing campaigns all along the year, Weekly reporting/calls, managing their instock/merchandising strategy and execution/catalog management /deals strategy and launches.)

- In charge of customer account projects increasing business performance by collecting, organizing and monitoring data, thanks to KPIs (use of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Marin...etc)- Websites conversion and media buy optimization through analysis and tests.(SEM, Display, RTB…)
