Ses recherches portent sur la parole, le langage et la littératie des enfants, ainsi que sur la prévention des difficultés de lecture et d'écriture. Professeur Lefebvre est également impliqué dans la mise en œuvre de pratiques préventives dans de nombreuses écoles primaires et les établissements éducatifs en petite enfance.Pascal Lefebvre is an adjunct professor at the School of Speech-Language Pathology at Laurentian University. Professor Lefebvre completed his doctoral studies at the Sainte-Justine Hospital Research Centre as a strategic trainee with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research under the Canadian Child Health Clinician-Scientist Program. His research focuses on children's speech, language and literacy and the prevention of reading and writing difficulties. Professor Lefebvre is also involved in the implementation of preventive practices in many elementary schools and early childhood educational settings
