Passionate about technology, customer experience, transformation and innovation, I have more than 22 years of experience across various markets.After a seven years stint in Accenture's Media and High-Tech practice, I joined French Pay-TV powerhouse CANAL + Group in 2007 to identify, deploy and manage innovation / new media offerings and partnerships.After successfully accelerating the development of customer services on all contact channels at Malakoff Médéric, building a consistent and personalized cross-channel CRM and driving the company's digital transformation, I joined Hiscox Direct Europe in 2015 to lead its operations through a period of transformational change to create a truly ground-breaking and differentiating service offering for customers and an efficient, optimised and disruptive operating model and to digitalise their interactions on all distribution channels in continental Europe (direct customers / brokers / partners).In 2017, I joined Ymagis Group to manage its Eclair business unit, providing a broad range of Content Services to the movie and audio-visual industries (producers, catalogue owners, international sales agents, distributors, exhibitors and broadcasters) across Europe and North America. After a successful ambitious restructuring and transformation plan, Eclair was reorganized into smaller and autonomous business units. I then participated in an Ymagis take-over project and became deputy CEO of JMS (the new name of Ymagis). Part of the JMS Executive team, I lead our efforts on M&A and Strategy and I manage Operations (including IT).
