Senior Technical Support Engineer
CurrentFull remote position. I'm currently in charge of the 3rd and last level of technical support, mostly for Jamf Pro & Jamf Connect products, in French, English and partially German. For this purpose I also regularly assist admins with Entra ID (ex Azure), multiple IDPs (Identity providers), ADCS & SCEP integrations, Conditional Access and Device Compliance (Intune), distribution points and general network integration. I also do some rather deep troubleshooting in the Apple ecosystem, related to profiles, MDM commands, 3rd party integrations like the Entra SSO extension., and overall macOS and iOS core functions. Occasionally, I script in bash with the level of the Jamf 400 certification to automate repetitive tasks, or facilitate interaction with users. Finally, I also took the responsibility to write internal documentation and compile video tutorials for internal or external share, to facilitate the understanding and use of Jamf Products. I’m also happily mentoring colleagues from lower tiers to help them help us in our global goal, and facilitate their work.
