My mandate was to select and deploy the proper charging infrastructure for the different electrical vehicle projects.I am proud to have been in charge of the deployment of the first DC fast charger in Quebec and to have significantly contributed to the deployment of the first public charging station network - Le Circuit électrique. • Under the authority of the quality director and in close collaboration with the procurement team, manage the suppliers’ quality (mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies) by implementing quality management.
• Evaluated current suppliers to establish the supply chain strategy.
• Implemented a new design transfer process that allowed eliminating delays due to misunderstanding of the new designs.
• Created and implemented a database used to manage and monitor the activities of the quality group.

Management of investigations on defectives products returned by customers. Interact with suppliers performing the investigations, the manufacturing sites and the design team to implement corrective / preventive action plan and sometime modify the design of the product.

- Implementation of quality management system with our suppliers (mainly optical fibres and cables) to ensure they comply with Nortel's quality requirements; - Implementation of quality control system to ensure maintenance of quality level during and after production transfer to low cost regions;- Perform product quality audits on finish goods;- Manage.
