I managed strategic projects for the Trimble Navigation Paris site. My responsibilities included the planning and budgeting of Research, NPD and Sustaining projects. Locally I led a multidisciplinary team of 10 Engineers with Mechanical, Optical, Electronic and Embedded System knowledge.I worked also closely with the production team based in Sweden and the marketing team based in USA. Together we worked to design efficient, reliable and quality products to answer to the PPP and Survey markets.

I worked on software and hardware of the Trimble GX instruments.My software experience covered the full development software process from specification to maintenance, features coded in object oriented languages for Windows & Linux OS. During this period, I was also in charge of research projects based on technology like FPGA, Wi-Fi, SoC or advanced algorithms. Finally, the last 3 years, I took the responsibility of the release management of the embedded system software.
